It must have been a bit disappointing for the Pittsburgh Pirate fans, who flew out from Pittsburgh to watch their home team get clobbered by the Colorado Rockies, Jason Marquis pitched seven solid innings, while Clint Barmes hit a two-run home run and drove in three, as the Colorado Rockies walloped the Pittsburgh Pirates, 10-1, in the finale of a three-game set from Coors Field. But at least two Pirate fans had nothing to complain about when it came to their transportation.
For Sam Tlecani, owner and chief driver of Pyramid’s Limo, a Denver Limousine service, it was a typical sports related limo job For the two sports fans in from Pittsburg, it was a pleasant way to get to the ball park Sam’s main offices are in Aurora, Colorado, a small town halfway between downtown Denver and Denver International Airport. As such, he gets a lot of airport related work. But Pyramids also provides Denver Town Car services.
Sam got the nod from the hotel staff on Thursday afternoon. AS soon as they told him two men needed a ride to and from the stadium, he knew it was a job for his town car. The Lincoln town car is ideal, for a sports run. Its roomy interior with custom control air conditioning and plush seats, gives customers a great ride to the event.
Plus the Lincoln is outfitted with a DVD, radio and speakers, so sports fans can get into the excitement of the game with a little pregame entertainment even as they ride to the stadium.
Sam arrived at the hotel in plenty of time, and soon he and the two fans were headed to the ball park. The ride was great, and before they exited Sam explained to them exactly where they should go to meet up with him after the game. So even if they were disappointed with the performance of their home team, these two fans rode and returned in comfort without the hassle and waiting for a cab. Soon after the game they were back at the hotel and could head out to a meal of consolation before heading back to Pittsburgh. Final score, Pittsburgh lost, the Rockies won, and the Denver Limo won too.
